This program is being offered to the members of the NABS Association (or other approved associations) who are under a long-term lease agreement with a motor carrier.
Benefits under this program include:
- Accidental Death Benefit
- Accidental Dismemberment
- Accident Medical Expense Benefit
- Temporary Total Disability
- Permanent Total Disability
- Exposure & Disappearance
- Optional Limited Non-Occupational Benefits

The policy will pay the difference between the occupational accident benefits and the statutory workers compensation benefits.
The Employers Liability policy will provide benefits equivalent to any employers' liability law when an owner-operator is granted employee status and sues for gross negligence.
